3. Supply of services

Advice we provide to you is based on the legal and policy requirements which are applicable and publicly available at the time you engage our service. We are not responsible if changes of legislation or policy occur and are not publicly available at the time we provide you with the service or after our services were provided to you.

Upon payment you will be allocated a Migration Consultant and his/hers email address. All communication between you and your Migration Consultant must be sent through this agreed email address. We reserve the right to at any time appoint a new Migration Consultant to your case.

4. Services provided by Australia Needs You.com Pty Ltd

We provide the following services: Free Australian Visa Appraisal, Online Interview with our Migration Consultant, Complete Visa Service, Visa Assistance Service and Consultation Service.

Free Australian Visa Appraisal is used to determine whether you meet basic requirements for the selected Australia Visa program.

Online Interview with our Migration Consultant is the next step in assessment of your eligibility. It is a compulsory consultation and is equal to face-to-face consultation with our Migration Consultant. Upon completion of this interview you may select Complete Visa Service, Visa Application Checking Service or Visa Assistance Service.

Complete Visa Service is used if you are successful in our Free Australian Visa Appraisal, you have completed the Online Interview with our Migration Consultant and you wish our Migration Consultant to prepare and lodge visa application on your behalf.

Visa Assistance Service is used if you are successful in our Free Australian Visa Appraisal, you have completed the Online Interview with our Migration Consultant and you wish our Migration Consultant to guide you through your own Australian visa preparation and lodgement. With the payment for Online Interview (take out) you get access to this service( automatically)-take off. You may at any time upgrade this service to the Complete Visa Service. The amount paid will be deducted from the amount payable for the Complete Visa Service.

Visa Application Checking Service is used if you are successful in our Free Australian Visa Appraisal; you have completed the Online Interview with our Migration Consultant and obtained your skills assessment from appropriate Skills Assessing Authority. You wish our Migration Consultant to check your documentation you have prepared and lodge visa application on your behalf.

Students and GSM
The criteria for grant of GSM visas will be continusly changing in response to the changing economic circumstances of Australia.
